3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Video Face Swap AI to generate content that:

• — impersonates a real person in a defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful manner
• — is designed to spread disinformation or manipulate public opinion on political or civic matters

Violations result in immediate account termination. Severe violations may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis and never expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a successful generation. If a generation fails due to a platform error, the credit cost will be refunded to your account automatically.

One free preview generation may be available to new users. Free previews produce a watermarked, lower-resolution output. Watermark-free, high-quality exports require a paid credit.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By submitting content to our platform, you grant Video Face Swap AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

AI-generated output files are owned by you, subject to the constraints in these terms. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Video Face Swap AI is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
