1. Data We Collect

When you use Video Face Swap AI, we collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service. This includes your email address when you create an account via Google OAuth, your credit balance and transaction history, and basic usage metadata such as the number of generations attempted.

We do not collect, store, or sell your uploaded videos or face images beyond the active processing window. All media submitted to our generation pipeline is automatically deleted from our servers once processing is complete or within 24 hours of upload, whichever is sooner.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your account information is used solely to authenticate your session, maintain your credit balance, and provide customer support when requested. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with advertising networks.

Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics may be used internally to improve platform performance, such as understanding average video lengths or common file formats.

3. Media Retention Policy

Any video or image file you upload is processed transiently. We operate a strict zero-retention policy for user media: files are deleted from all storage layers within 24 hours. Processed output videos linked in your results are hosted temporarily on our delivery CDN and expire after 48 hours unless you download them directly.

We strongly recommend downloading your completed face swap immediately after generation if you wish to retain a copy.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use session cookies required for authentication. We may use third-party analytics services including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users navigate the platform. These tools collect anonymized interaction data such as page views, click patterns, and session duration.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions. Disabling cookies may limit certain platform features, including staying logged in across sessions.

5. Ethical Usage and Consent

By using this platform, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or explicit consent for every face and video clip submitted for processing. Video Face Swap AI prohibits non-consensual synthesis of any person's likeness. Any use case that violates individual dignity or applicable law may result in account termination.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@videofaceswapai.net. Account data is purged within 30 days of a deletion request.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
